She will support and guide you to discover your own solutions and to implement the plans, actions and mindset necessary to make life-enhancing changes. She does this with authenticity, honesty, empathy and courage.

LAURENNE DI SALVO

LIFE AND WELLNESS COACH

Laurenne entered coaching with a passion for wellness, personal growth and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. What Laurenne loves about coaching is that it empowers you to discover your own motivations, values, strengths and solutions. It also helps you to address any self-limiting beliefs that might be holding you back from achieving your potential. This makes learning sustainable, with strategies you can use for life.

Laurenne brings a combination of formal training and practical experience to the coaching relationship. Laurenne holds a Graduate Certificate of Coaching and Counselling from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)/Bachelor of Business (Marketing with Honours) from Monash University. She also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. When combined with extensive experience in Learning and Development and Marketing, as well as broad life experience, Laurenne is well placed to facilitate positive and sustainable change.

Experience working in a number of industries, including the building, retail, manufacturing and education sectors, as well as having lived in Melbourne, in country Victoria and in Italy at various stages of her life, has ensured Laurenne is comfortable to work with people from many walks of life. She has also transitioned through two career changes and as a mother of two young boys, understands the challenges of work-life balance. She understands the need for self-care to ensure physical and mental health and the reasons we sometimes neglect this.
