To increase strength of quads, hamstrings, gluteals and ankle balance and strength.
Great for rehabilitation of ankle injuries and high level sports.

“Standing Balance with Upper Limbs”
Full body stability and dissociation of extremities.
Fantastic for all contact sports, challenging balance whilst maintaining upper body strength.

“Elephant”
Great for increasing abdominal strength, back hamstring and calf flexibity, scapular control and hip flexors.
For golfers, cyclists, and general back conditioning especially facet joint and nerve root pain.
