Why does everyone I know have a dodgy back?

In general, most people who have a daily health regimen that includes frequent activity don’t have as many back problems as those who don’t engage in physical activity.

So deciding on an exercise regimen for yourself, and recommending the same advice to those you know, is most important for achieving a life without back pain.

However, it’s recently been discovered that 8 out of 10 Australians have had incidents of back pain that has led them to seek out professional help.

In fact, these results have made Australia the fattest nation, per capital, on the planet!

Statistics like this simply show that a majority of the country has been leading more sedentary lifestyles.

After all, the average distance walked by each Australian citizen was 500 meters per day, which is highly unhealthy for maintaining good health and fitness.

So, to avoid back pain,

keep up the daily activity or, for extreme cases,
seek out clinical help to find a solution.
